It's easy to say. When you try something new, you are usually ridiculed. I've learned to be immune to it. I even find it useful. Because every negative comment aimed at me and my work is another perspective that I clearly missed with whatever I tried. So I listen and validate it accordingly. I make a lot of mistakes and know that making mistakes is the best way of learning.
